Digital kick-off event for Raiffeisen Switzerland — Introduction of the “Raiffeisen 2025” strategy with an innovative townhall.

Raiffeisen Switzerland is an association of all Swiss Raiffeisen banks and is responsible for the Group's strategy and business policy. As Switzerland's third-largest banking group (225 banks), it is one of the country's leading retail banks.

As part of Raiffeisen 2025 Strategy Should a kick-off event take place with around 2,000 employees to communicate the new five-year vision and motivate the organization.

With this in mind, FS Parker was commissioned to design, develop and execute a townhall event to launch the new strategy for 2021.

 

In close collaboration with Department of Strategic Communications, the CEO and the responsible managers, we developed a concept that combines the technical requirements with the goals and at the same time takes into account the medical restrictions of the Covid pandemic. In this way, together with Raiffeisen, we were able to The first fully digital townhall event implemented in the history of the company.
